Late Mr. N.K.Gupta was the Main founder of the company. After working with multinational companies like Siemens and SF India for more than 10 years, he had Initially started one company in the field of Air Ventilation and Air Pollution Equipment in the year 1971 and later on floated SK System Private Limited in the year 1980 along with other professionals in the field.

He was a man of wisdom, principles, duty, selfless devotion and dynamic vision. Under his leadership the company had grown tremendously and developed a Substantial creditworthiness not only in front of its various customers but also its various supplies, contractors, staff members and workers.

He was a source of inspiration and also a guiding force to the various present member of the company. His pleasing personality, kindness, love and affection is always missed.
